Built to be trusted with your school.
Let’s be honest about the two questions in the back of your mind: it’s a new company, and it looks like one person built it. Both are true. So here’s exactly why your students, your tuition, and your school’s whole record are safe here anyway.
Your data exports anytime · Your money stays in your Stripe account · Month-to-month
New company. Complete product.
The company is young. The software is not half-built — it’s the full thing schools run on every day: scheduling, tuition, families, teachers, messaging, practice, a music library, and two native apps. “New” doesn’t mean “risky” when the product is finished and your data can walk out the door the moment you want it to. The rest of this page is the proof, not the pitch.
You can take everything and leave. Anytime.
The single best protection against “what if they disappear?” isn’t a promise — it’s an export button. Yours works today, on every record in your school.
Export everything, one click
Students, families, schedules, attendance, lesson notes, payment history — pulled to CSV whenever you want. Your files and scores download too. It’s your school’s record, not ours to hold hostage.
No contract, no lock-in
Month-to-month. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the period you already paid for. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, no “annual plan” you have to buy your way out of.
Leave with your school intact
If you ever decide we’re not the right fit, you walk out with a clean copy of everything — the same day, no support ticket, no waiting on us. Software you can leave is software you can trust.
No export tool on your current system? That’s exactly the lock-in we refuse to build. You should never have to earn the right to your own records.
Every tuition dollar lands in your Stripe account — not ours.
When a family pays tuition, that money goes straight into your school’s own Stripe account — the same Stripe that powers millions of businesses. We connect to it (Stripe calls it Connect); we never hold it. If Lesson Complete vanished tomorrow, your money would already be sitting safely in an account you control, with a company that isn’t going anywhere.
- Payouts go from Stripe to your bank on your schedule — we’re never in the middle.
- Zero Lesson Complete markup on payments. Families pay only Stripe’s standard processing rates — the same rates you’d get going to Stripe directly.
- We never store card numbers. Card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
The scary version of “new SaaS company” is one that pools your tuition and pays you out later. We built the opposite on purpose — your money is never our money.
The engineering behind the friendly screens
A small team can still ship serious software. Here’s what “complete product” actually means underneath.
Two real native apps
Not a website in a wrapper — a real iOS app and a real Android app, plus the full web app. Teachers, families, and the front desk each get the tool that fits how they actually work.
A billing engine we audited line by line
Tuition, proration, late fees, refunds, and Stripe payouts run through code we hardened on purpose — because the fastest way to lose a school’s trust is to get a family’s bill wrong.
A booking engine that can’t double-book
The scheduler physically refuses to put two students in the same room, or the same teacher in two places at once. That rule lives in the database, not in a hope that the screen behaves.
Watched around the clock
We monitor the app continuously and fix problems fast. When something does break — every service breaks eventually — you hear it from us straight, not buried in a status page.
You’re not calling a support queue. You’re calling me.
I’m the founder, I’m in Houston, and “one person built it” cuts both ways — it also means you get the person who built it. When you have a question, you reach me, not a tier-one script. And when your school moves over, I’ll be there for cutover week — on-site if you’re local — to make sure tuition day one goes off without a hitch.
- A direct line to the founder — not a ticket number.
- On-site during cutover week for Houston-area schools.
- I know your school by name, not by account ID.
- Feedback goes to the person who can actually build it.
We don’t cut over until you say go.
Switching schools mid-year is the real risk — not us. So we take that risk off your plate entirely.
We do the migration for you
Send us what you have — a CSV, a Stripe connection, even a spreadsheet — and we set your whole school up: teachers, students, families, schedules, and billing plans, configured to match how you run things today.
You stay on your old system until you’re sure
No gap, no double entry. You keep running on what you have while we build your new setup in parallel. You review it, we adjust it, and nobody flips a switch until it’s right.
You approve the cutover — or we don’t do it
The move happens on your word, at your moment. If fall term is bearing down, we time it so families never feel a bump. We don’t cut over until you approve.
In plain English: no surprises on your bill.
30 days’ notice before any price change
Today it’s $0.49 per active student a month — a student in two programs counts once — capped so you never pay more than $195 a month per location. Published pricing can change, but never with less than 30 days’ notice, never on the students you already enrolled, and never retroactively. Any change applies from your next billing period forward, so you always see it coming.
Promotional locks are honored
If we’ve given you a promotional price or a rate-and-cap lock in writing — like founding-school terms — we honor that lock for as long as your subscription stays continuously active. A deal we made you is a deal we keep.
Month-to-month, cancel anytime
Your subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. No setup fees, no cancellation fees, and free migration help when you join. The door is always unlocked.
This is the plain-English version of what our Terms of Service already commit us to in writing (see Section 5, Subscriptions and Billing). If the two ever seem to disagree, the Terms are what govern — but they say the same thing.
Try it with nothing to lose.
Start free with your first 4 students. Keep your data. Keep your Stripe. Keep the founder’s phone number. If it’s not right for your school, you walk away with everything — the same day.
